5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or production begins. Once an order has entered processing or production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Product received is damaged or defective
Incorrect product received
Manufacturing or printing issue confirmed by our team
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection by the customer
Minor colour or design variation due to screen/display differences
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with relevant proof, including clear images of the product and packaging. An unboxing video may be required for claim verification.

We aim to deliver orders within estimated timelines; however, delivery times may vary depending on location, logistics, and unforeseen circumstances. Delays beyond our control may occur, and EzzX shall not be held responsible for such delays.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to courier delays, operational constraints, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
